All purchases of sale items are final, except for if defects in craftsmanship are found within 7 days of receiving order. Customer will have 7 days after receiving the item to request for a return/exchange, however Hang tag labels must still be intact and the item must be in a saleable condition and unworn/unused.

Receipts should also be included within return package to show proof of purchase. In the event you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, just contact us via email.

Customers are responsible for delivery and shipping costs when returning items. If overseas please use trackable shipping services, as we cannot guarantee receiving your returned item. Once the return is approved, money will be sent back to original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for money to return.

As custom orders are done to customer’s requests, returns are not viable, this is also applies to our digital downloads.

Clothing: Unfortunately I can’t give full refunds on custom orders as they are tailored to your measurements or needs and might be very difficult to resell to another customer, however if you are unhappy with your order you contact me via email and we will try to work out a solution.
5-10 business days on average to get made and sent out depending on the type of garment. However for occasion wear items or events please allow 10-15 business days minimum, this can vary. But I will ensure that we are in constant communication throughout the whole process until your delivery is received.

Not all products are handmade, phone cases and products with illustrations are supplied by an external printer and manufacturer.
Yes I do! Normal shipping from Ghana is usually 13-15 business days, however Express shipping is 3-5 business days from Ghana to international locations As for print on demand products as they are provided by an external manufacturer they tend to arrive faster within 2-3 business days, this can vary depending on your location
I charge by the specific project but have starting prices based on the client’s needs and budget. Depending on the size of the project to and the duration this can vary according to the client.
Anyone who is local can visit my studio or we can arrange to schedule for a fitting, if you’re in Ghana. Virtual consultations will be offered for international clients.
