Do you offer refunds for custom orders?
Unfortunately I can’t give full refunds on custom orders as they are tailored to your measurements, however if you are unhappy with your order you contact me via email and we try to work out a solution
How long does it take for my order to get made and sent out?
5-10 business days on average to get made and sent out depending on the type of garment. However for occasion wear items or events please allow 10-15 business days minimum, this can vary. But I will ensure that we are in constant communication throughout the whole process until your delivery is received.
Is there a guarantee for the results of your work?
I aim to always make sure my client is 100% pleased and satisfied with their orders! I am very experienced in sewing and have curated a process that involves easy communication between me and my client.
Are all your products handmade?
Not all products are handmade, phone cases and products with illustrations are supplied by an external printer and manufacturer.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do! Normal shipping from Ghana is usually 13-15 business days, however Express shipping is 3-5 business days from Ghana to international locations
Can I come for consultation at your studio?
Anyone who is local can visit my studio or we can arrange to schedule for a fitting, if you’re in Ghana. Virtual consultations will be offered for international clients
